Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If an item you ordered is not suitable, you may return it for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in unused, perfect condition.
- Bundle discounts will no longer apply if any part of a bundle is returned. Prices revert to full price for refund calculations.
- Jewellery: Refunds available except for earrings, ear-wires, and ear posts for hygiene reasons.
- Special production, bespoke, made to order and end of line items are non-returnable.

Ways To Earn Reward Points

The panel will display all of the options available and for some options you can click on the button to complete the action.
Reward points can be earned via a wide range of actions which are summarised below:
- Signup for a customer account on the Bluestreak Gifts website +50 points.
- Placing an order via the Bluestreak Gifts website, +1 points for every £1 spent (excludes shipping costs).
- Enter your birthday details and receive +250 points on your birthday.
- Like the Bluestreak Gifts Facebook page +50 points.
- Share the Bluestreak Gifts website on your Facebook account +50 points.
- Follow Bluestreak Gifts on Instagram +50 points.
- Follow Bluestreak Gifts on TikTok +50 points.
- Write a product review when you receive our review request email +50 points (per review).
- Refer a friend with a 10% off coupon +500 points (referral coupon must be used)

Important Notes:
- Points are only earned once payment for your order has cleared and been fully processed. Points are not earned, when reward points have been used to pay for all or part of an order.
- If all or part of your order is cancelled and refunded, the reward points are deducted from your account.
Ways To Redeem Reward Points
Click on the Bluestreak Rewards icon found in the bottom left corner of the homepage of our website. This will open up the rewards panel where you will be able to select Ways to redeem. The panel will display all of the coupons available and if you have earned enough points, it will allow you to redeem a coupon which can be entered at checkout.
Coupons can be redeemed with the following number of reward points:
- £5 OFF discount code = 500 points
- £10 OFF discount code = 950 points
- £20 OFF discount code = 1800 points
- £50 OFF discount code = 4400 points
- £100 OFF discount code = 8600 points
- £150 OFF discount code = 12800 points
When you redeem your points a discount coupon will be displayed on the screen. This gives you the opportunity to write down the coupon code which can be used at checkout. The coupon code will also be sent to you via email.
Refer Your Friends
Click on the Bluestreak Rewards icon found in the bottom left corner of the homepage of our website. This will open up the rewards panel where you will be able to browse down to the section Refer your friends. Here you can share a link with friends that will allow them to redeem a coupon code that will give them 10% off their order. Once your friend has placed an order on our website, you will earn 500 reward points.
VIP Tiers
There are four VIP tiers available in the Bluestreak Rewards program; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and they are recalculated every year starting on 1st January. This gives everyone a chance to reach a higher tier throughout the year and earn promotion reward points.
To find your VIP Tier, click on the Bluestreak Rewards icon found in the bottom left corner of the homepage of our website. This will open up the Bluestreak Rewards panel where you will be able to browse down to the VIP Tier section.
When you click on the VIP Tier section the panel will expand providing additional information such as how many reward points you need to reach the next VIP Tier. By reaching additional tiers, you earn promotion points as follows:
- Bronze to Silver Tier = 500 points
- Silver to Gold Tier = 1,000 points
- Gold to Platinum Tier = 2,000 points

Process For Returning Items ▾
- All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form.
- For international returns outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that a completed CN22 Customs Form is securely attached to the outside of your parcel with the ‘Returned Goods’ box ticked. Failure to include this form may result in import duties being deducted from your refund.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in their original condition and packaging. Retail and wholesale packs must be securely resealed to prevent products from being lost or mixed during transit.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely and that you are protected in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Shipping Costs For Returns ▾
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure that the correct postage is paid when returning items, as any underpaid parcels may be held by the carrier until the outstanding postage and any associated handling fees are settled.

Exchanging Items ▾
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return the original product in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your replacement is processed quickly and that stock availability is accurately maintained.
Missing/Incorrect Items ▾
