Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch. Free delivery is calculated on the order value excluding shipping fees. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with your order number, and photos of any damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Invoices
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your invoice. If you misplace it, we can provide a copy on request within 90 days of the original order date. After this period, invoices can no longer be issued.

How long does UK delivery take?
Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales takes 1 to 2 business days with DPD or FedEx Priority. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man take 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, and orders placed before 12:00 PM UK time are dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. DPD delivery is free on orders over £90, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. FedEx Priority is free on orders over £150 to England, Scotland and Wales. Free delivery is calculated on the order value excluding shipping fees and is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I choose next day or Saturday delivery?
Yes, for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. Choose DPD Next Business Day by 12pm (£9.99), DPD Saturday (£12.99) or DPD Saturday by 12pm (£21.99) at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM UK time on a business day to be dispatched the same day.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you the tracking details. Every order is fully tracked with signature on delivery. If you can't find your tracking email, contact us at info@bluestreakgifts.co.uk and we'll help locate your parcel.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with your order number, and photos of any damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delivery can be affected by factors outside our control.
