Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. As a family-run business, we genuinely care about getting things right, and if anything's not quite as expected, we're here to help.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items can always be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt with your order number, and a photo where possible, and we will send any missing items or replace or refund incorrect items.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Not suitable? You may return it for a refund, provided:
- Full-price items are returned within 30 days of receipt, and outlet (end of line) items within 14 days.
- Items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original Swarovski packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if their protective seal is unbroken.
- Personalised, bespoke and made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Bundle discounts no longer apply if any part of a bundle is returned, and prices revert to full price for refund calculations.
If an item is returned used or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
How to Return an Item
- Include a completed Returns Form with your return.
- Make sure items reach us in their original condition and packaging, including the Swarovski gift box and bag.
- From the Channel Islands, attach a completed CN22 Customs Form to the outside of your parcel with the 'Returned Goods' box ticked, or import duties may be deducted from your refund.
- We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service, so you are protected if your return is lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your cost. Please pay the correct postage, as underpaid parcels may be held by the carrier until the outstanding postage and any handling fees are settled. Shipping charges may be refunded at our discretion for faulty or damaged items, inaccurate product descriptions or other exceptional circumstances.
Cancelling an Order
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with your order number. As we dispatch orders quickly, we can't always cancel once an order has been processed.

Swarovski Size Guide
Swarovski bracelets and bangles are sized by their inner diameter, in two sizes. Measure a bracelet you already own, or measure your wrist, then match it to the nearer size.

How to Measure
- ✅ Measure your wrist, wrap a tape measure or paper strip snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, then add 1.5 to 2 cm for a comfortable fit.
- ✅ Measure a bracelet, lay a bracelet you already own flat and measure across the inside to find its inner diameter.
- ✅ Between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially on rigid bangles.
