How does ORDERPROTECTION.COM work?

If your protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, the expert support team at ORDERPROTECTION.COM helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

When should I file a claim?

Package Status is Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” must be filed within 45 days from the fulfillment date.

Package Lost in Transit

  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 14 days for international shipments), but not later than 45 days from the fulfillment date.

Package Arrives Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 45 days from the fulfillment date.

What if my package doesn't arrive or is stolen?

ORDERPROTECTION.COM provides full coverage of your package if it is lost in transit by the carrier or is stolen after delivery. If your order has not arrived or goes missing after delivery, please file a claim.

What if my package arrives damaged?

ORDERPROTECTION.COM covers damage as well! If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging it arrived in and include these photos as evidence when filing your claim. If your order is damaged, please file a claim.

What if my package has missing or incorrect items?

ORDERPROTECTION.COM ensures that you receive exactly what you purchased. If your order arrives with missing items or contains any incorrect products, we will resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Simply file a claim with your order details, and we will arrange for the missing items to be sent or the incorrect items to be replaced or refunded. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making sure every order is complete and accurate.
